I believe fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. My style blends expertise with encouragement and a touch of fun, making every session a chance to grow stronger while enjoying the process.

I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and functional fitness, creating personalized plans that deliver real, lasting results. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or looking to push past a plateau, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me biking outdoors, diving into new wellness research, or spending time with my family and puppy. More than anything, I’m passionate about walking alongside women on their fitness journey and helping them become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.
